Liz LaMonica is proud to serve as the treasurer of the Wooden Hawk Foundation. An Evergreen High School alum, Liz was born and raised in South Florida before moving to Evergreen, CO, her freshman year. Upon graduation she attended Western Colorado University in Gunnison, CO, studying politics & government with an emphasis in pre-law. After graduating in 2020, Liz started work in entry-level accounting roles, finding a niche in non-profit bookkeeping.

Professionally, Liz is a bookkeeper and benefits manager, and personally, an avid reader and a pitbull mom. She and her partner, Hans, have rescued two pit-mixes named Carbon and Ruthie, and they spend as much time with them as possible. She is looking forward to using her skills to benefit the mountain communities that have given her so much.
