Growing up in the Evergreen area, Pam’s deep roots in the community have fostered a profound commitment to serving in a variety of ways, especially in the realm of student empowerment. Alongside her husband Peter, Pam has raised two sons Jack and Cully who benefited from the strong Evergreen school system that helped to build a foundation for their success.

With a rich history of involvement in mountain area education, she has made significant contributions by assisting in classrooms, spearheading initiatives such as the construction of a middle school theater, and taking on leadership roles in PTA organizations, accountability committees, and as the Booster Club President for boys lacrosse . Her dedication extends to supporting students as a volunteer for DECA competitions, where she has been an integral part of fostering business and leadership skills. She strongly believes in the value of diversity, understanding that when each student is given the opportunity to follow their dreams, the entire world benefits.

In her professional capacity as the marketing and public outreach director for the Michele Vanags State Farm agency, Pam has demonstrated a deep care for students, actively encouraging them to pursue their passions and achieve success in all areas of their lives. As President, she will be handling the day-to-day operations working to fulfill the foundation’s mission and goals.
